1950’s Waterbury | Two Story Blond Brick

The Backstory

This was a collaboration with Archway and Alt Design Studios in 2019. Archway contracted me to run the project and list the property while Alt Design Studios ran the design and staging selections.

On this project, we had the pleasure of finding (Beth) the new buyer before completing the home. It is always a heart warming experience to meet the person(s) who ends up living in the home you work on for so many months. We met Beth through Jenn Clark of C21 via Realtor to Realtor networking so this home never even hit the market.

Jenn runs a fantastic book of business and it is no surprise she is a successful at her job. Jenn, Beth, and I met on site, assessed our work in progress, and we all had to make a certain leap of faith to work with together. I believe Jenn helped set the tone the entire way that both showed faith in the work and our team while simultaneously adding proper representation for Beth on her purchase.

736 55th is a blond, all brick home, nestled in the heart of the Waterbury neighborhood. It was a massive project in scope. All new plumbing, electrical, HVAC were added. The home itself was built like a tank.
