As young and 1st time homebuyers we were pretty clueless to the process of selling our townhome and buying a new home to raise our 2 little girls in. Eric is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable about the market and had plenty of advice about what we could do to help us sell our house. He also had referrals to good people to assist us with updates and other things to get the house ready. It paid off and once the house was ready it sold quickly and close to our asking price. Eric was also helpful assisting us in finding our new home and making sure the transition was a smooth as possible.

Eric was a great realtor to work with and Deb was excellent at keeping things organized and communicating with everyone involved. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I found him especially helpful as a first time home buyer because he was able to answer all of our questions and also give us advice we didn't even know we needed. Outside of being a realtor, Eric also flips houses, which I think makes him a better realtor because he also stands in his clients shoes, both as a buyer and a seller. I definitely trust him to give a fair and honest opinion.

Eric is the best!!! We would totally do business with Eric again. He totally understood what we wanted, the area that we wanted to be in and he was quick to point out key things about the homes we looked at and the areas that we were looking in. Eric went above and beyond and took care of cleaning the home when the previous owners left it a mess. He also sent over a plumber when we found water under the kitchen sink. I can't say enough about Eric. He was the best!
Eric had a tough job with us selling our house and then finding the house we wanted. In the current market, it was challenging to say the least and Eric pulled it off. I've heard people say they felt their real estate agent isn't working for them. This is definitely not the case with Eric. He actually gets on the phone, works hard and delivers.
