Who wants charm, updates, and location all in one? 663 39th Street was renovated from stem to stern. The new kitchen had the wall removed to open up to the main living spaces. Cans and pendant lighting were added, and new floating shelves, new appliances, and tile almost take you back to the time this Arts and Crafts bungalow was built.

All new windows were restored and new designer storms and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior.
