663 39th Street

1920’s North of Grand Arts & Craft Bungalow

Who wants charm, updates, and location all in one? 663 39th Street was renovated from stem to stern. The new kitchen had the wall removed to open up to the main living spaces. Cans and pendant lighting were added, and new floating shelves, new appliances, and tile almost take you back to the time this Arts and Crafts bungalow was built.

This is all packed into just your kitchen. Hardwoods refinished. Old school built-ins. Brand new bathroom. All new windows were restored and new designer storms and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior. New service update for the electrical, and all new plumbing as well. 39th Street has all permitted work and comes with tax abatement on the improvements. Many of the walls were taken back down to the studs, and insulation was added.

Designed and staged by Jessica Rae Interiors now Alt Design Studios

This project involved a substantial overhaul for the property. I ran this project for Archway Properties who is another investor in town.
