I specialize in the Des Moines proper neighborhoods as well as the western suburbs. Since 2010 I’ve helped families, first time home buyers, empty nesters, move up buyers, investors, and more.
Development
I believe that many of the most desirable homes in Des Moines were built decades ago. But it’s a shame that so many of them have fallen victim to neglect, shoddy maintenance or simple old age.
